WHAT IS CLARITY BEYOND SCHOOL?
Choosing what comes after school can feel overwhelming.

A young person may be unsure what they want, second guess their strengths, feel pressure to have a plan or worry about making the wrong choice.

Clarity Beyond School is a personalised process designed to help young people understand themselves before making decisions about what comes next.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1) UNDERSTAND YOURSELF
The young person completes the Birkman assessment, providing insights into their interests, motivations, strengths, needs and perceptions.
2) MAKE SENSE OF THE INSIGHTS
We have a personalised debrief to explore what the results mean in real life - not just what appears on the report.
Using the Birkman Method® alongside personalised coaching, we explore strengths, interests, motivations, needs and the environments in which a young person is most likely to thrive.
3) EXPLORE WHAT’S NEXT
Depending on the package chosen, coaching provides space to explore options, questions, decisions and possible next steps.
4) MOVE FORWARD WITH GREATER CONFIDENCE
The goal isn't to leave with a prescribed career answer.
It's to leave with a better understanding of yourself and a clearer way of approaching what's next.

WHY BIRKMAN?
Because understanding yourself can change the questions you ask.
Birkman looks beyond interests and career preferences alone. It provides insight into how a person sees themselves, what motivates them, what they need from their environment and how they may respond when those needs aren't being met.
This can help put language around things they may already sense about themselves but haven't been able to articulate.
The Birkman assessment isn't designed to tell a person what they should do. It provides another perspective to help them understand themselves and explore their options.

For more than 20 years, I've worked with people helping them understand themselves, navigate change and make sense of what comes next.
My own experience has taught me that clarity doesn't always come from having more information. Sometimes it comes from understanding yourself differently.
I've been working with the Birkman Method® since 2019, and have used it with young people and adults to explore strengths, motivations, needs, communication and the environments in which they are most likely to thrive.
With Clarity Beyond School, I've brought that experience together with personalised coaching to create a space where young people can explore who they are before feeling pressured to decide who they should become.
I don't believe a young person needs to have their future mapped out at 16, 17 or 18.
They need the opportunity to understand themselves, ask questions and begin exploring what's possible.
